• Towels: We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Please keep our white towels clean. Do not use them for things like wiping muddy feet.

• Septic: Please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper or put cooking grease down the sink. Please also be mindful of your water use and minimize your number of wash loads.

• Quiet Hours are from 11pm to 7am. Please be respectful of your neighbors!

• Grill: Please clean the grill if you used it.

• Parking is limited to 3 vehicles if staying in Hawk’s Nest and 2 vehicles if staying in other cottages. Vehicles are to be parked as to not block other guests from using the circle.

• Occupancy of the house is restricted to 8 for Hawk’s Nest, 4 for the Roost, and 2 for Sandpiper.

NOT ALLOWED: No sprays (e.g., bug spray; sunscreen) are to be applied indoors. Pets are only allowed with written permission from the owner. Campfires, fireworks and other similar items including firecrackers, bottle rockets, etc., are forbidden. No trailers, campers or mobile homes of any kind (excluding trailers for boats, bikes or other equipment) are permitted on the property unless approved by the owner.

There are 4 green bins located on our street- 2 for trash and 2 for recyclables. Please make sure you are using the correct bin. Trash should be bagged, and recyclables should not be bagged.

When using the air conditioning, please do not set the temperature lower than 72 degrees and keep windows and doors closed.

To use, point remote at the unit that you wish to adjust. Adjust conditions by changing the air flow or temperature. Do not change modes (i.e., AC to heat). All units in the house must be changed if you do this.

We provide Sling TV. Sling allows you to watch network TV, such as cable news, sports, and other channels. Access Sling by turning on the TV and selecting the Sling app in the main menu, then your cottage name. Do not select live TV or change the input.

For other streaming services, like Netflix or Hulu, please login to your personal account and remember to log out before checking out.

We are on a shared septic, so please keep wash loads to a minimum and use septic friendly, biodegradable products.

Please checkout by 10am.

• Turn all HVAC units to 78˚ (in the off-season, set heat to 60˚)

• Load and start the dishwasher. Hand wash and dry all dirty pans.

• Take out the trash and recyclables.

• Place all used towels in a pile in the living room. No need to strip the sheets.

• If you used the grill, please make sure it is clean for the next guest.
