When daily rates are offered, the minimum length of stay is three days. However, a discount is offered for full weeks.

July and August: Only weekly rentals available. Check-in and Check-out take place on Saturdays.

50% of the Rental Fee (Rental Rate and Additional Charges) will be due with the signed Rental Agreement. The additional 50% will be due on May 1. Full payment is due upon booking for April reservations.

We accept checks and Venmo. Payment is required to hold your booking.

All bookings are subject to 14.45% tax and cleaning fee ($300 for Hawk’s Nest and $200 for other cottages).

Prior to 30 days of Check-In: Guest is entitled to a refund of an amount equal to the Rental Rate and sales tax paid-to-date, excluding the Cleaning Fee, under the following conditions:

(i) If the property can be rebooked for the same rental period at the same rental rate and length of time of Guest. If Homeowner is unable to relet the property for the same rental rate and length of time, the difference between the Rental Rate charged to Guest and the Rental Rate paid by the subsequent guest to rent the property will be subtracted from the refund amount to Guest; and

(ii) Written notice of cancellation must be received by Homeowner more than 30 days prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be issued if notice of cancellation is received within 30 days of check-in.
